- CHE has worked on 2 major projects at Orchard House over the last year or so, an upgraded TV room / Playroom for the kids and a complete renovation of the old garden shed into an outdoor kitchen. Simons team designed the cabinets and shelving to our exact specification. By using a mix of standard doors and shelves combined with bespoke woodwork we saved a lot of time and money. The team managed to incorporate the existing electrical sockets and cabling for internet, video and audio systems. LED lighting was fitted along the top which throws a diffused wash across the ceiling. The whole job was completed on time and on budget ! Simon is very organised and professional offering up design ideas and different ways to solve problems as they arise. The garden shed was a major project, again we talked thru the design, we were on a limited budget and decided on a mix of bespoke woodwork and off the shelf kitchen units. Simon organised site contractors where needed, completed the plumbing, kitchen fitting and getting all the services from the house to the shed approx. 50m. The end result is beyond expectations and we have had one summer with the kitchen operational we are looking forward to the next one

- We had Che Design carry out extensive updating to our period property. Work included painting and plaster work which restored the structure of several rooms whist retaining the many beams and period features, opening up of the loft with access and boarding the full length of the property and repair and restoration to the Kent peg tiling. We are very happy with Che Design's work they were efficient and very tidy during the works which were finished to a high standard and completed in good time as quoted. Their sensitivity to the property and its age was further displayed when they discovered some original features, hidden behind 1970’s plasterwork, which they were able to restore and present adding further character to our home. I would recommend Che Design to anyone.
